Driving, Parking, Roadway Usage

The village speed limit is 15 mph. Remember, there are children on the premises.

Parking on any roadway or parking lot access road is prohibited at all times. Homeowners should park in their designated parking spots. Do not park in another homeowner’s spot at any time.
Guests are to park in “G” spots, unmarked spots or in the parking lots adjacent to the tennis courts.

Do not leave any vehicle in the “no parking zone” by the office at any time; this space is a fire lane for emergency access.

Do not drive any vehicle other than a golf cart on the grass at any time. Exercise caution when driving on the grass after a rain. Any homeowner damaging the common grounds will be required to pay for the repairs.

Cars parked on roadways or in any no parking zone may be stickered for violations. Repeat offenders may be towed at the owner’s expense.

Portable sports equipment, such as basketball hoops, are not permitted on or immediately adjacent to any travel roadway or in close proximity to parked cars.


Golf Carts
	Golf carts must be operated by licensed drivers only. All carts must be marked with the owner’s name and/or house number. Golf cart drivers must also observe standard rules of the road.


Swimming Pools
	No one is permitted in or around the swimming pool areas when the pools are closed.


Shabbat and Yom Tov
	The tennis courts on the hill behind the Townhouses are closed on Shabbat and Yom Tov. On these days they must not be used for any purpose.


Garbage
	Garbage is collected on Mondays and Wednesdays beginning at 8 AM and on Fridays beginning at Noon. All trash must be placed in plastic bags and then in closed containers. For bulk items contact the office in advance. Do not place these outside until the scheduled date of pickup.


Deliveries and Mail
	The office does not accept packages for delivery to homeowners. Please make sure someone is at home to accept deliveries. Please check the homeowner’s mailboxes in the VV office for your mail The office has no responsibility for forwarding mail at any time.
